SFCHS To Use Electronic Transcripts

St. Francis High School has recently teamed with Parchment, Inc. to begin electronically sending student transcripts to destinations requested by the student. The transcript information is safe and secure. Parchment is now used by most of the colleges and universities in the United States.

There is no fee to create a Parchment account. There is a fee of $3.25 for each transcript request that is payable by credit or debit card.

St. Francis High School will process transcript requests from students (graduating with the class of 2014 and beyond) using this service. Therefore, juniors and seniors should complete their account set up as soon as possible to allow for the efficient distribution of their transcripts to colleges, universities, and other schools. (If you are a graduate of St. Francis High School BEFORE 2012, please request your transcript through the High School Office.)

To use the service, a student MUST set up an account and give permission to have their transcripts sent electronically to the requested locations.

To setup your account, you will need the following information:

The e-mail message sent to you containing the link for your Parchment account (previously initialized by your school) OR the registration code for your account received from your school officials.

PLEASE NOTE:  IF YOU ARE NOT YET 18, you will need permission from a parent/guardian to release your transcript information.  Those (under 18) students should complete the account setup with a parent/guardian as a release will need to be signed (electronically) near the end of the registration process.

Directions for setting up a Parchment account can be viewed (or printed for reference) by clicking on the link below.

After your account has been created, you will need to log in to your account at "http://www.parchment.com" to make transcript requests.
